my go-to tennis shoe
I'm one of those people who has to work out for my own mental health. I can't go for more than a few days without doing a HIIT class, running, walking, yoga, boot camp or spinning otherwise I am just a horrible person to be around (just ask my family). I first realized that exercise was linked to not only my physical well-being but also to my psychological well-being when I was in college...almost 25 years ago. So that's more than two decades of pounding on my joints that, now, in my 40s, I am totally paying for.
A few months ago I developed knee pain that I just couldn't shake. I tried stretching and icing and rest, but as soon as I got back into my work out the pain would start again. I cycled through different shoes until I found this one, Saucony Endorphin Speed for Women. Holy cow...never did I think my knee pain would disappear overnight, but it DID! The cushion in this shoe is so amazing, it provides a great amount of support for jumping, lunges, squats, sprints and even just walking the dog. I now own this shoe in two different colors (black and white) and my knees couldn't be happier!
